Character Breakdown:

Chelsea: Female, 25-35 y/o. A passionate and determined teacher who is committed to eradicating bullying in her school. Chelsea is confident, resourceful, and unafraid to confront authority when necessary, yet she carries a sense of humor and relatability that can draw others to her cause.

Principal Hassanali: Male, 50-60 y/o. An apathetic principal of the school, more focused on his personal interests rather than addressing bullying. He dismisses Chelsea’s concerns with a “boys will be boys” attitude.

Michael: Male, mid teens – early 20s. A cheeky, outspoken student whose humor often crosses the line into cruelty. Underneath his bravado, he is curious and influenced by the adults in his life.

Kristian (Noodle): Male, mid teens – early 20s. His nickname is attributed to his slender build, though we are unclear how he feels about this moniker. Quiet and introspective, Kristian also experiences bullying from his classmate(s) for not conforming to traditional gender expectations. Despite his reserved nature, he is brave enough to express gratitude to those who stand up for him.

Michael’s Mother: Female, mid 30s – 40s. A no-nonsense woman who is defensive of her son and dismissive of Chelsea’s concerns, believing the situation is blown out of proportion.

Noodle’s Father: Male, 30s – 40s. A working-class man who is protective of his son but denies the implications of the bullying, prioritizing appearances over the reality of the situation.

Additional Roles (Teachers): M/F, late 20s – 40s. Chelsea’s faculty members. These characters represent a range of perspectives and attitudes toward the bullying occurring within the school and its resolution.
