Preparation: Interested persons are asked to submit ONE (1) CLOSE UP and ONE (1) FULL-LENGTH photo of themselves (No hats, no sunglasses, no masks, no filters. Your face must be clearly visible).

• Child’s Name
• Child’s Age
• Parent/Guardian’s Name
• Parent/Guardian’s Contact Info
• 1 minute video of the child telling us about themselves
• 1 – 2 minute audition video showcasing the child’s talent.

NOTE: Please review the VIDEO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES below before recording your Self-Tape Audition.  Entries that do not include the Video Submission in the manner prescribed will not be acknowledged.
