Job Summary:

The #IAM Movement is an initiative that promotes body positivity and self confidence through movement and performance. This Movement is currently exclusive to females and as such, we are seeking female choreographers to develop and teach beginner-style routines to primarily non-dancers, that is focused on building self confidence and empowering women.

Key Duties:

  • Create choreography for adult women who may have no dance experience. Choreography should focus on self-expression, and empowering the participants, rather on core tenets of dance (i.e. technique).
  • Teach a 2 hour dance sessions, with the understanding that the female participants have no dance experience.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have professional certifications in Dance and/or Performance.
  • Have the ability to conduct virtual dance classes;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Have patience, and the ability to inspire and empower participants;
  • Be able to show empathy and understanding when engaging with participants during sessions;
  • Proven expertise in the following dance genres will be an asset: Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern

Payment: $150 TTD – $300 TTD per session

Additional Details: Total payments will be made monthly.
