Character Breakdown:

MEENA: Female late 20s – early 30s, Indian-Caribbean (Trinidadian or Guyanese); has a close relationship with her older sister, Sherry. Sociable, fashionable, and very proud of her Trinidadian-American culture. No Caribbean accent.

ASHA: Female 45-65 y/o, Indian-Caribbean (Trinidadian or Guyanese); a loving mother who adores her daughters deeply. She’s gentle and fun with a flair of Caribbean-tough love. Must have a Caribbean accent.
