Description: Expressive Movement is a dance/movement class created by Zayna for non-dancers and dancers to move in a non-judgmental space, where they can let go of stress and express mentally taxing thoughts and situations through their bodies.

Zayna McDonald holds a BFA in the Performing Arts with a major in Dance. Some of her feats include performances in Coco Dance Festival, Theatrical Productions with First Instinct Prodjctions and JCS Entertainment and competing in the finals of World of Dance Trinbago.
Zayna had recently completed foundational courses in Psychology and is moving into her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Expressive Art Therapies.
