Preparation:  Interested persons are asked to submit TWO photos of yourself; (1) Close up photo and (1) Full length. (no shades, no caps to be worn in photos. Photos should also NOT contain any social media image filters or excessive photoshop), along with the following info

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Present Age
  • Phone Number
  • Email address they check often
  • Dance Group (If Applicable)
  • 1 min video of you dancing (URL)

NOTE: If you dance with a group, you may send a group photo then individual information for each, then a 1min video of you dancing
