Dara E. Healy iis the founder of ICAN and its parent organisation, the Idakeda Group. She is the recipient of the 2011 University of the West Indies(U.W.I) Felix Harrington award for Dance and is an actress, poet, author, storyteller and experienced Communications Specialist
